Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive in Mexico?
A: We close orders on Thursdays at 9:00 pm and ship all orders on Fridays. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 8 business days starting from the Friday of shipment, depending on your location. If you require express shipping, please contact us before placing your order, preferably via WhatsApp.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive in the U.S.?
A: We close orders on Thursdays at 9:00 pm and ship all orders on Fridays. We use FedEx, so delivery times are generally fast and vary by location, typically ranging from 4 to 8 business days starting from the Friday of shipment.
Q: Do you make international shipments?
A: Yes, we ship directly from our website to USA. For shipments to any other country, please contact us directly. Poster prices for Latin America are different than for the rest of the world.
Q: What if my package comes damaged?
A: It is very important to us that all our customers receive our posters in perfect condition. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and contact us directly within five days of receiving your package, so we can resolve the situation. Don’t worry — we will find a solution!
Q: Can I sell original GranOM posters?
A: Yes! We offer a wholesale package available in the “Promotions” section. If you need a considerably larger quantity, please contact us directly to discuss better pricing.
